I’m Brittney - a born and raised Arkansas girl who has been working for State Farm for a collective total of 6 years now! I am dedicated to my work and can be found in the office during most weekdays, coffee in hand and ready to assist our team! What I love most about my role here is the opportunity to build long-time relationships with customers and provide them with valuable insurance. While I manage and maintain active policies and ensure that my customers have the coverage they need –I also enjoy meeting new people and walking alongside them to create coverage plans that align with their specific life needs! Outside of work, I find joy in various activities such as running, camping, and traveling. I also enjoy spending quality time with my two amazing kids! Hi! My name is Abby Shaw, and as you might have guessed, I'm following in my father's footsteps by joining him in the insurance business. I'm proud to be part of Scot Shaw State Farm, where I've been working since December 2022. What I love most about my role here is the opportunity to connect with our customers and build meaningful relationships. Outside of work, I'm passionate about fitness and Jesus. I prefer my mornings with iced coffee and being outside walking my dog. In my role at the agency, I wear many hats. I assist customers with their insurance inquiries, handle billing matters, and direct our marketing efforts. Being involved in different aspects of the business allows me to truly understand our customers' needs and provide them with amazing service. I'm passionate about what I do and look forward to continuing to learn and grow in this dynamic industry.
